For quality control of Garments & Textiles, inspector will carry out inspection based on AQL according to the inspection checklist, made out by DPH, included customer’s special requirements and approval samples, but also international regulations, safety standards, and our inspector’s extensive industry know-how.

Below main tests are to be performed during inspection:

Smell test, Size check, Fabric weight test,Color shading, Colorfastness check (Rub test),Symmetry check,Size fitting test, tape test (logos, printings, markings fastness),

Waterproof test,Fasteners fatigue and zip quality test ,Care labeling,Seam slippage test (for woven garments),Broken needle check by X ray machine,Burn test (for 100% cotton material),Seam strength,Tensile properties, Tearing strength and so on.
